Welcome to Lyme-Old Lyme Boy Scouts of America Troop 26! Founded in 1945, we are the sole BSA troop for the towns of Old Lyme and Lyme. Scouts and parents can find information here about troop activities, meeting dates, forms, and other information. Our Troop 26 is chartered by the First Congregational Church of Old Lyme and is a member of the Mohegan District of the Connecticut Rivers Council.
To foster an exciting, self sustaining, program-driven organization that benefits our community by producing leaders and outstanding citizens.
“The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation’s largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
For over a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun. The Boy Scouts of America believes — and, through over a century of experience, knows — that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society.”
